Founded in 1988, Personal Touch began as a small family business with a big dream: to bring creativity, elegance and personalised service to every occasion.
As a schoolboy, founder Sean Haynes worked part-time at Durban’s Edward Hotel under the mentorship of the legendary Mrs Lean Stratford, gaining valuable experience executing some of Durban’s finest five-star events.
Over the years, Sean developed his craft and creativity, inspired by some of Durban’s finest creatives, including Rogan Pillay. Three decades later, Personal Touch has grown into a trusted name in event décor and floral styling, partnering with leading corporate brands and luxury venues.
At the heart of our work is a belief that creativity is a God-given gift, and we are privileged to use that gift to create memorable experiences.
